At One Heart, transparency is important to us. Every order includes estimated shipping timelines based on whether the item is pre-made or pre-order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

📦 PRE-MADE ITEMS (READY TO SHIP)
If the product description states the item is pre-made, it will ship within:

🛠️ PRE-ORDER ITEMS (MADE AFTER THE DROP
Pre-order items require production time. Manufacturing begins only after we place the bulk order with our suppliers.
➡️ Estimated production + shipping time: 3–9 weeks (business days)
Please understand:
• These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Production delays may occur due to factory schedules or material availability.
• Shipping delays may occur due to transit, customs, or carrier issues.
• Pre-orders take longer because items are made specifically for you.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended timeline.

All shipping and delivery timeframes listed on our website are estimated.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of One Heart’s control, including:
• Supplier production delays
• High-volume seasons
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays (USPS/UPS)
• Customs processing (international orders)
One Heart is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We do not guarantee address changes after an order is placed. Orders begin processing quickly, and our fulfillment system does not allow reliable modifications once submitted.
If a customer emails requesting an address change:
• We may review the request, but we are not obligated to update or switch the address.
• We cannot guarantee changes will be made.
• If the order ships to the address entered at checkout, One Heart is not liable for lost, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed packages.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
📬 TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking information is automatically sent via email or SMS once your order ships.
Please do not email asking for tracking before it has been issued. You will receive it as soon as it becomes available.
📦 SHIPPING CARRIERS
All packages ship via USPS or UPS.
Domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on location.
International delivery times vary by country.
Once a package has been shipped and handed to USPS or UPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
One Heart is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery issues
• Carrier delays
• Damaged shipments caused during transit
All delivery-related issues must be handled directly with USPS or UPS.
🚫 RETURNED, REFUSED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to claim
• Carrier inability to deliver
The customer is responsible for paying reshipping fees.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
One Heart does not control customs fees and is not responsible for delays caused by international customs processing.
📛 CUSTOMER CONDUCT & ORDER CANCELLATION
We treat all customers with respect and expect the same in return.
If a customer becomes excessively aggressive, threatening, or shows signs of attempting fraudulent disputes or chargebacks, One Heart reserves the right to:
• Cancel the order
• Issue a refund at our discretion
• Refuse future service
This policy protects our brand from fraudulent behavior.
